Day of Coordinating
Our coordinator will build and structure the wedding timeline to ensure that all your vendors arrive on schedule, giving you a sense of relief that everything behind the scenes will move along smoothly so you can enjoy your day worry-free.

Full Coordination
This package includes all the rehearsal coordination and an in-person meeting with our wedding coordinator in advance of the big day.
Coordinator will be with you all day of the wedding.
Courtesy list of preferred vendors that have discounted rates and contract negotiations.
Update contracted vendors of timeline changes and address related questions or concerns.
Distribute the wedding timeline plus any additional info to all bridal party members and address related questions, as needed.
Floor plan assistance if needed, direct rental company and or venue and instruct all vendors where to setup.

Negotiate with vendors for you before and during the wedding day if needed
Check over all wedding vendor contracts and fine print

Rehearsal Coordination (can be virtual or in person)
Make sure the timeline of the wedding day goes smoothly, makes contact with the bride or groom on any updates or exciting little changes.

Clean up and break down of chairs, tables, food, simple décor.
Removal of trash off-site.
Assistance with loading décor and gifts into the vehicle.

Rehearsal Coordination
The wedding coordinator will only help create the bridal party lineup and facilitate the rehearsal. On the day of your wedding, the coordinator will also direct only procession and recession for the ceremony. Day before help on rehearsal and wedding day.
